It all started almost one month ago when he was cleaning some dust and collecting the debris on the back side of his apartment. The man from the bowling green licensing department came to him and inquired about his work after introducing him as a member of the licensing department. The man did not answer the member about any question and told him that he will never reply in the absence of his attorney.
The member of the licensing department kept on inquiring about the work but he did not answer any question. The member told that his supervisor sent him to inquire about the work because he was working without the permission of the licensing department of the bowling green area. The man moved from his home and did not take any notice about the incident.
One day, when he was going somewhere in his car, he noticed that a police car is coming behind. They hold him and said to park the car. He did so and they arrested him and sent to country jail. There was a medical team and they refused to book him without the medical screening. He was sent to the private hospital for the screening.After the screening, a nurse inquired about his insurance number. He told that he will never answer any question without the permission of his attorney. The staff of the hospital told him that they will book the expense personally. He told them that he did not come to their hospital with his will. He was brought here against his will.
At the end of this whole story, he was charged for wearing no seat belt and having no license of permission.
